Our Services

Your Partner In Real Estate Law

Home Buyers

With over 30 years of proven success, Cheryl Stein Law Firm, PLLC, has represented both first time and sophisticated home buyers in the purchase of their new homes. Our experience stems from the thousands of real estate transactions that we have been involved in over the years.

Our firm is committed to guiding buyers through the entire purchase process, from reviewing contracts to closing. Our attorneys are known for their detailed attention to each and every client we represent. Our primary goal is to make sure that our clients are fully educated about the process they are undergoing.

Home Sellers

In representing sellers, Cheryl Stein Law Firm, PLLC, is here to make sure that the real estate transaction flows smoothly from the point of contract to closing. The ultimate goal in representing a seller is to make sure that the proceeds of the sale fall into their hands without any difficulties or surprises.

Our representation includes the preparation of all closing documents. This generally includes the Deed, an affidavit confirming there are no liens against the property being sold, the closing statement, and other required documents. Selling a home is the largest single sale most clients will ever make. Hiring an attorney who is experienced in representing sellers can prevent many potential issues that can arise and can substantially increase the likelihood of a smooth and predictable transaction.

Lender Representation

Cheryl Stein Law Firm, PLLC, takes great pride in the fact that we represent a number of major financial institutions in connection with their residential lending business.

Title Insurance

In parallel to our efforts at Cheryl Stein Law Firm, PLLC, our sister company – Sheridan Meadows Agency, LLP, is a title agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company.

As a preferred agent, Sheridan Meadows Agency, LLP examines titles internally for a more expedient time frame for the issuance of title insurance policies.
